The Lord Jesus Has Returned to the World
No one’s aware of God’s arrival,
no man welcomes His coming.
And furthermore, nobody knows
all the things He’ll be doing.

Man’s life remains unchanged;
his heart is just the same,
as usual the days go by.
God lives among us as
a meager follower, a common believer.
He has His own pursuits, goals,
and divinity common men don’t possess.
None’s noticed its existence, or perceived the difference
between God’s and man’s substance.
No one’s aware of God’s arrival,
no man welcomes His coming.
And furthermore, nobody knows
all the things He’ll be doing.
